🏈 GAME DAY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

The Aggies are at Kyle Field again this Saturday, September 19, and we need volunteers for another round of Oakwood Game Day Parking!

🏈 Texas A&M vs. Kentucky
⏰ Kickoff: 2:30 PM

🙋 Shift 1: 10:30 AM–12:30 PM
🙋 Shift 2: 12:30–2:30 PM

Worried that the second shift runs right up until kickoff? Good news! Our lot typically sells out early, so second-shift volunteers are usually finished well before the game starts. You can help Oakwood AND still make it to Kyle Field! 👍

Every car we park raises money that goes directly toward supporting Oakwood students, teachers, and programs. 💚

We still have a few volunteer spots to fill for tomorrow’s Aggie Game Day Parking fundraiser at Oakwood! 🏈

Every car that parks at Oakwood means more money raised to support our students, teachers, and school programs. 💚

If you can spare just two hours, we’d love your help welcoming fans, collecting parking fees, and getting cars parked before kickoff.

⏰ Shift 1: 7:30–9:00 AM
⏰ Shift 2: 9:00–11:00 AM

🏈 Another Aggie Game Day is coming up — and we need volunteers!

Texas A&M takes on Arizona State this Saturday, September 12 at 11:00 AM, and Oakwood’s Game Day Parking fundraiser needs a few more helping hands!

We have two volunteer shifts available:

⏰ Shift 1: 7:00–9:00 AM
⏰ Shift 2: 9:00–11:00 AM

Come spend a couple of hours with other Oakwood parents and staff helping fans park before they head to Kyle Field. Every car we park helps raise money to support Oakwood students, teachers, and programs! 💚

Our front hallway has been transformed into an incredible work of art!

A huge shoutout to Mr. Velez, who created those amazing Wildcat eyes, and to Mrs. Stone’s art students, who filled the jungle with their own colorful creations. 🎨 From flowers and butterflies to snakes, birds, bugs, and all kinds of creatures, there’s so much to discover!

We love seeing our students’ creativity on display — and we think our Wildcat looks pretty fierce, too! 💚

Next time you’re at Oakwood, be sure to stop and take a closer look!

🏈 GAME DAY PARKING IS ALMOST HERE — and we just need a few more volunteers! 🐾

Our first Aggie home game is Saturday, September 5, and Oakwood’s Game Day Parking fundraiser is ready to roll! We’re looking for a few more Wildcats to help us welcome fans and get cars parked before kickoff.

Volunteering is easy, fun, and a great way to help raise money that directly supports Oakwood students, teachers, and programs. 💚

🏫 Oakwood Parent Open House is coming up! 💚

Join us on August 31 from 5:30–7:00 PM for a chance to walk through your student’s schedule, visit their classrooms, and meet their teachers.

Parents will follow a shortened version of the school day, moving from period to period just like their students do. It’s a great way to get familiar with the campus, see what your child’s day looks like, and connect with the teachers who will be supporting them this year. Be sure to have your child's schedule with you.

🏈 Aggie Football is almost here — and so is Game Day Parking at Oakwood!

Headed to Kyle Field this season? Skip the parking hassle and support Oakwood Intermediate at the same time!

🚗 Parking is just $40 per vehicle
📍 106 Holik Street — a short walk to Kyle Field
💳 Cash or credit accepted
⏰ Lot opens 4 hours before kickoff

Best of all, 100% of the money raised stays right here at Oakwood, supporting our students, teachers, and school. Our principals, teachers, and parent and student volunteers will be out there each home game helping you get parked and on your way to the stadium.

It’s convenient parking for you and a great fundraiser for our Wildcats. Everybody wins!
