Le***an, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Q***r Aggies (LGBTQA) strives for a safer and more supportive community for people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions at Texas A&M University and Brazos County. LGBTQ Aggies is a recognized Texas A&M University student organization which meets Thursday nights at 7:30 pm during the Fall and Spring semesters. Meetings are now on Discord and provide a supportive environment for students and community members who identify as LGBTQ and their allies. Meetings are generally social in nature, but we will occasionally have informational meetings. During non-COVID times, dinner usually follows at a local venue. Membership is open to all gay, le***an, bisexual, transgender, and q***r students at Texas A&M, as well as to students who are supportive of the LGBTQ+ community. Meeting attendance is open to current members, guests, Texas A&M students, and members of the Bryan/College Station community. Stop by the TAMU Pride Center (Student Services Building) for more information, university and community resources, or for professional assistance. Please note, LGBTQ Aggies is a student organization, whereas the Resource Center is University run.
