What an incredible way to celebrate our first Safe + Sound in School Week!
CareerSafe and OSHA joined students and educators at Gateway Regional High School to recognize the winning classroom from our Hazard Huddle Challenge. Students participated in meaningful discussions around workplace safety, worker rights, mental health, situational awareness, and speaking up when something feels unsafe at work.
A huge thank you to Mr. Joyce, Ms. Eckstein, the OSHA team, and all of the students for making this such a great experience. We’re excited to continue growing Safe + Sound in School Week in the years ahead!
At CareerSafe, we believe empowering students with real-world safety and workforce readiness education is essential to helping them thrive in their future careers. Together, with our partners and educators, we’re elevating tomorrow's workforce.

We said the best recognition is shared. Jessica Akers and Haley Glenn took that literally. 🏆
These two tagged each other for our Teacher Appreciation Giveaway, and we love to see it!
Jessica acknowledged Haley for building up their school's criminal justice program in just two years, leading mock trial and teen court, and showing up for her students every single day with a smile.
While Haley recognized Jessica for going above and beyond in computer science and cybersecurity, and for being the kind of colleague who helps everyone around her grow.
Congratulations to our winners. Each teacher will receive a $250 Amazon gift card to put toward their classroom. 🎉
