Hoping the City Council will vote to delay this decision so the community can be better informed. There is always a cost for supporting Neighborhood Integrity. The quality of life has to be a major concern of any city considering this type of "Data Center."

The City of College Station should be commended for doing this study on Northgate and giving the citizens the opportunity to participate in a meaningful way.

College Station City Council receives Northgate report For several months stakeholders in the Northgate area have been meeting with city staff from College Station to talk about ways to preserve and enhance the historic community.

Mayor Nichols decries law preventing College Station's No More Than Four ordinance When Gov. Abbott signed SB 1567 into law, it was touted as a successful lobbying effort by college students to secure affordable housing. College Station officials, however, are not pleased.
