Howdy! We are looking for after-school youth programs that serve 6th-8th grade students to enroll into our research study. We are interested in seeing how culturally tailored lesson plans can improve youths’ agricultural literacy levels (understanding of agriculture and where their food comes from) and nutrition attitudes/behaviors. The youth would participate in three different lessons that are approximately 1 hour long.
