🏆 Making history!

Congratulations to chemical engineering seniors Aiden Nguyen, Andrew Li, Emma Nixon, John Soriano, Matthew Hoagberg, Michael Dukiss, Wesley Day and William Lee for earning first place overall at the 2026 Engineering Project Showcase.

The team became the first from the Artie McFerrin Department of Chemical Engineering to win the competition, designing a realistic natural gas processing plant and bringing it to life through detailed 2D and 3D models that simulated industry-scale operations.

Their achievement highlights the innovation, teamwork and problem-solving skills that define Texas A&M chemical engineers.
