“Going into recruitment last fall, I was so worried that I needed to change who I was to fit into each chapter’s culture. But the moment I walked through Alpha Delta Pi’s doors, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace.

My story, though, is more about why I continue to choose Alpha Delta Pi every single day. After running home, my big Madi quickly became one of my best friends. I knew she would never sit at a table where I wasn’t welcome, and that was something I deeply valued.

As time went on, I met my best friends, Lillie and Kenzie. These girls have loved me, encouraged me, celebrated with me, and stood by me in ways I could never fully put into words. They have never made me feel like I was too much or not enough. But what I’ve experienced isn’t unique to just them, it’s the heart of this entire sisterhood. The girls here show up for one another, stand up for one another, and make you feel welcome in every room you walk into. To me, that’s everything I could ever hope for in a sisterhood.

Choosing Alpha Delta Pi has been one of the biggest blessings I’ve ever gotten to live. I have seen the Lord’s faithfulness so clearly through this chapter, and I know that every friendship, every opportunity, and every moment has been a blessing from Him. I can only say that this story is possible because of His grace and His work.”
