The article titled “Resilience in Action through Culture: Latinas Successfully Navigating STEM Spaces at an HSI” includes authorship by our current team including Dr. Elsa Gonzalez and Dr. Emma Perez and former team member Isabella Sanchez Hernandez. Please join us in congratulating Dr. Elsa M. Gonzalez for her new role as Assistant Provost for Strategic Educational Partnerships!
In this role, Dr. Gonzalez will lead the university’s federally designated HSI efforts, serve as our liaison to the American Talent Initiative and assist in cultivating relationships with school districts, other partners and the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
