I am moving to Colorado in January! While I am incredibly excited about this new adventure it is bittersweet because that means I’ll need to say goodbye to Community Yoga.

To properly say goodbye I will be teaching one last class on New Year’s Day at Noon at Lake Walk! I hope to see you there! 🫶🏻🙏🏻

This Saturday is the last community yoga practice of the year! I am so thankful to have this opportunity to lead this practice, this yoga community means the world to me🙏🏻🫶🏻

Community Yoga will resume on February 7th.
