On Wednesday, November 20, at 6:30 p.m. in the Blackbox, Kevin Christenson from Hope Studios will be presenting, “Behind the scenes with faith, trusting God with creativity”. The event is open to the public and there will be a Q&A following the presentation. Colloquium credit is available for Department of Communication students.

Kevin Christenson serves as the head of Hope Studios, the cinematic arm of Hope Channel International, bringing his experience from working with companies like Netflix, NBCUniversal, ABC, and Tyler Perry Studios. With his second office frequently at 35,000 ft, Kevin focuses on nurturing distribution partnerships, overseeing production financing, and spearheading go-to-market strategies. Guided by a passion for storytelling that inspires and challenges audiences, Kevin steers Hope Studios’ mission of sharing global stories infused with faith and values, aiming to make a positive impact through the art of cinema.
