Public Health Science at University of Maryland, College Park Public Health + Science The degree can be obtained on the campus at College Park or at the Universities at Shady Grove.

The Public Health Science degree provides students with interdisciplinary training that is essential to recognizing and addressing public health issues at the state, national and global levels. The Public Health Science program includes a strong curriculum in science and public health courses, such as biostatistics, epidemiology, environmental health, and global health. Students will have the opportunity for individual exploration in public health through electives, laboratory experiences, optional internships, and a culminating interdisciplinary capstone course.
