An update on the lab:
Dr. Yarger will be moving to James Madison University, effective this fall, and as such the PAANDA Lab will be as well!
We would like to thank everyone who has participated in the ADORA Study, and look forward to new recruitment in the Fall!
A new instagram account will be created to represent our lab’s new home, and the account will be posted here when the lab is set up.
Thanks again and a huge congrats to Dr. Yarger on her new position!

Undergraduate Research Day and PSYC Research Day 2025!
RAs Yamha, Davina, and Rachel all had a chance to share and present their posters yesterday for the research fairs! Everyone’s work garnered lots of interest and sparked fascinating questions about autistic youth!
A huge thanks to Dr. Yarger for her contributions to everyone’s posters and a huge thanks to our participants in the ADORA Study who made this research possible!

A HUGE congratulations to our RA Rachel on her acceptance into the BSOS Summer Scholars Program for her research proposal “Discrepencies in Parent- and Child-Reported Anxiety in Autism: Correlating Self-Reports with Biological Indicators (RSA)”! She is will work on her project with Dr Yarger as her faculty member this summer. You can read her statement on the second slide. Wishing her the best of luck this summer!

Final lab meeting of the semester!
What a productive semester it has been, we’ve processed over 600 hours of ecg data, had over 25 behavioral visits, and enrolled 38 participants (which well exceeded our goal of 30 by December 1)!
In the new year we look forward to continuing to collect data, and getting started with some undergraduate research posters!
