Yuva is hosting a virtual community meet-up for graduate students to offer space to process the recent changes and uncertainties around COVID-19.

Hi everyone,
Congratulations on getting accepted into UMD. This year we are scheduling our pre-arrival webinar on Saturday, June 15th, 2019 from 7.00 PM IST onwards. As it has been a while since we have been interacting and answering to numerous questions on whatsapp and facebook, now we think it’s the apt time that you all hear our voices and clear any sort of uncertainty with respect to your arrival and stay in the United States.

Every year some of the general doubts have been on housing options, on-campus jobs, various types of insurance policies that students prefer here and job scenario. This year too we are very sure everyone would love to discuss things on the same lines. We request you all to accumulate your doubts and shoot them at us.

In the past hours since we posted the webinar timings and link, we have recieved multiple requests from students and a few parents to reschedule to another day or time slot.

YUVA attempts to serve students to the best of it's ability and we wish to accommodate as many people as possible hence we will re-schedule the webinar to another day this week.
