Kappa Alpha Theta - University of Maryland

Kappa Alpha Theta was founded in 1870 as the first Greek-letter fraternity for women. In 1947 the Gamma Mu chapter was installed at the University of Maryland.

Kappa Alpha Theta supports Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and the Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation. Our Annual fundraising events are Queso for CASA in the fall and Theta/FIJI Cornhole Tournament and BBQ in the Spring. http://umdtheta.tumblr.com/
