🎉 We’re excited to announce the Hornbake Library Letterpress Studio Team has been awarded a 2026 Do Good Campus Fund Grant! 🎉

Amber Kohl and Jenny Schollaert have been awarded a Do Good Campus Fund grant for the project- Inclusion, Creativity, and Experiential Learning in the Hornbake Library Letterpress Studio project- which plans to expand efforts to engage the campus community and meet the demand of students looking to gain experience in letterpress printing

Looking forward to sharing updates as the studio team rolls up their sleeves and gets started doing good this year in the letterpress studio!

Today is international workers day, kicking off labor history month in the US and the perfect day to announce our next letterpress studio event!

📢 Join us next week in the Hornbake Library Letterpress studio and celebrate labor unions and workers rights! You can print a poster highlight an issue important to you on our 19th century printing press!

Together we experimented with ink, layout, and paper - including our first time printing on seed paper!
