Smith in the City is a 2-day experience (Nov 13–14, 2025) where students visit top companies in five exciting industries:
Accounting | Consulting | Finance | Marketing | Tech/Analytics

As a Track Leader, you’ll:

Plan company visits
Coordinate logistics
Build recruiter relationships
Mentor 15–25 students
Attend the trip FOR FREE (if all responsibilities are fulfilled)
Apply by June 1st, 2025 @ 11:59 PM

Manasa Alur (CFMA) is championing financial literacy through equity and inclusion.
Sara Saleh (Pi Sigma Epsilon) is building community through cultural celebrations and potlucks.
Arshiya Sah (WBA) is creating spaces where students feel supported, valued, and empowered.
Emily Craig (Alpha Kappa Psi) is leading efforts that foster belonging, collaboration, and meaningful dialogue.

This week, we’re celebrating three inspiring student leaders: Joseph Chung (Ascend President), Joy (Director of DEI for American Marketing Association), and Stephanie Buchsbaum (VP of DEI, Smith Investment Fund).

Joseph is empowering Pan-Asian students through community and leadership, Joy is championing diversity and inclusion with innovative initiatives at AMA, and Stephanie is making the Smith Investment Fund a welcoming space for all.
