🎉 Catholic Schools Week – Tuesday Highlights! 🎉

On Tuesday, our Saint Augustine School students enjoyed a favorite Catholic Schools Week tradition—our annual trip to Waukesha Skateland! 🛼

From big smiles to nonstop laughter, it was a joyful day of fun, friendship, and making memories together. Thank you to our staff and chaperones who helped make this special day possible. 💙

We’ve been keeping an eye on the forecast, and since wind chills are expected to hit a dangerous –40°F tomorrow morning, school will be closed.

At those temperatures, frostbite can set in within just 10 minutes, so we want to make sure all our students and staff stay tucked away safely at home.

Please limit your time outdoors and bundle up if you have to go out. We hope you enjoy the unexpected time with your family tomorrow—stay cozy! ❤️

We joyfully celebrate our Honor Roll students for their dedication, discipline, and commitment to excellence. Through faith, perseverance, and hard work, these students have used their God-given gifts to grow in knowledge and wisdom.

As Sacred Scripture reminds us:
“Whatever you do, do it from the heart, as for the Lord and not for others.” (Colossians 3:23)

We thank God for the blessings of learning, supportive families, and devoted teachers who guide our students each day. May our Honor Roll students continue to grow in faith, character, and academic success as they seek to glorify God in all they do.

Last week the Saint Augustine School community joyfully celebrated the Feast of the Epiphany, remembering the visit of the Magi and the revelation of Christ to the world. As part of this beautiful tradition, our classrooms were blessed, inviting God’s presence into the spaces where our students learn, grow, and serve each day.

May these blessings guide our students and staff throughout the year, filling our school with faith, wisdom, and peace. 🙏✨

Our students were blessed with a beautiful opportunity to visit the Basilica Of Holy Hill National Shrine Of Mary Help Of Christians to venerate the sacred relics of St. Thérèse of Lisieux, the Little Flower.

Our time in prayer, reflection, and learning reminded us of St. Thérèse’s simple yet powerful message: “Do small things with great love.” The students learned about her life of humility, trust, and holiness—and how they, too, can follow her “little way” in their daily lives.

We are grateful for this special day of faith, fellowship, and grace. 🌹

🎃✨ All Saints’ Day Celebration at Saint Augustine School! ✨🎃

This week our students joyfully honored the saints by dressing up as their favorite holy heroes — from St. Francis and St. Joan of Arc to St. Thérèse and St. Michael the Archangel! 👼🌹⚔️

Our 3rd and 4th grade class also enjoyed a fun-filled afternoon of pumpkin carving, creativity. 🎃💛

We’re so proud of our students for learning about the lives of the saints and living out our Catholic faith with joy and imagination. 🙏
