📣 Parents, just a quick reminder about our Coleman ISD dress code!

We’ve had several students come to school recently in clothing or hairstyles that do not meet dress code. Please help us by checking your student’s outfit before they head out the door each morning. 💙🐾

A few important reminders:

* Spaghetti straps are not permitted. Shirt straps should be approximately 2–3 fingers wide.
* No crop tops, midriff shirts, open-back shirts, or shirts with the sides cut out. If a student raises their arms and their midriff shows, the shirt is too short.
* Shorts, dresses, and skirts must be at least fingertip length.
* Leggings, spandex pants, and spandex shorts must be covered by an appropriate outer garment/shirt that completely covers the buttocks.
* Hair should be a natural color/tint. Blue, purple, bright red, or other unnatural hair colors are not permitted.

We appreciate our parents helping us make sure students arrive ready for a great day of learning! Please take a moment to review the full dress code pictured below.

💙 Thank you for your help and support! Go Bluecats! 🐾

📣 Pep Rally Information for Parents
🐾💙
We are excited to celebrate our students and Bluecat athletes!

All PK–4th grade students will attend the pep rally in the gym. Students will remain in the gym until the entire pep rally has concluded, the fight song has been completed, and all football players have exited the gym. Because we will remain in the gym for the entirety of the pep rally, dismissal may run a few minutes later than usual.

Important Dismissal Information

🐾Students in Kindergarten–4th grade will not be signed out at the pep rally.

🐾If you would like to attend the pep rally with your student and take them with you afterward, your student must be signed out by 2:00 PM from the Elementary Campus.

🐾After the pep rally, students will transition back to the elementary campus with their teachers before our normal dismissal process begins.

🐾We ask that everyone please be patient as we safely transition all students back to campus and begin dismissal.

Our priority is making sure all students are accounted for and safely transitioned throughout the afternoon.

Thank you for your patience, cooperation, and continued support of Coleman Elementary and our Bluecats!

Have a wonderful Bluecat day! 🐾💙🏈

Coach Zach Edington has found a VARSITY game for this week IN Sweetwater at the Mustang Bowl tomorrow, Thursday, September 3rd, versus Odessa High’s JV team. We will be on Pep Rally Schedule tomorrow and will have a pep rally at the normal time (2:50 PM). Sweetwater will not have a gate so admission is free, but there will not be a concession stand, so please prepare ahead. Coleman will be the home team, so come and be loud!
