Rest, Relax, and Receive the healing vibrations of sound frequencies created by instruments including Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Wind Chimes, and more. In this Sound Bath, you may experience a release of physical tension and mental stress, creating beautiful space for serenity and tranquility to fill every part of your being. May you return back to harmony and wholeness within your body, mind, and spirit.

Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided. Feel free to wear whatever clothes you are comfortable in and bring anything such as an eye pillow or weighed blanket for extra comfort. Please be sure to show up 10 minutes early so you have time to pay and find your spot on the floor.

✨Ways To Wellness Wellness & Intuitive Fair ✨

This is a great way to experience different kinds of healing modalities in a fun, affordable way. Doors open at 10am for you to come on in and sign up first-come,
