🔬 Hands-On Science in Mrs. Hudson’s Class! 🧪

Our young scientists in Mrs. Hudson’s class have been busy exploring, testing, and making exciting discoveries!

Here is a look at what we've been working on:

The Great Gummy Worm Experiment: Using the scientific method, students made predictions and observed what happens to a gummy worm after being immersed in water for 24 hours. The results were mind-blowing! 🐛💦

Penny Surface Tension Challenge: How many drops of water can fit on a single penny? Our students put surface tension to the test—and some were amazed to squeeze over 100 drops onto one coin before it spilled! 🪙💧

We love seeing our students ask big questions, test their hypotheses, and learn through hands-on discovery. Great job, future scientists! 👏✨

🚒 Sound the alarms—Math is on fire in Mrs. Moore’s Class! 🧯

Last week, her students stepped into the boots of real-world heroes for Firefighter Week during our latest classroom transformation! 👨‍🚒👩‍🚒

Students discovered how firefighters use math every single day on the job—from calculating hose pressure to measuring distance and problem-solving under pressure. Learning math has never been so exciting!

A HUGE thank you to the incredible volunteer firefighters who visited our classes on Friday to share their experiences and show our students how real-life math saves lives. We appreciate your service to our community and your support of our future leaders! ❤️🧯

❤️🖤 LADIES, IT’S YOUR TURN! 🖤❤️

The men in our community showed up in such an incredible way to welcome our Wildcats, and now we are calling on the amazing WOMEN of our community to help us keep that same energy going! 🐾❤️

Join us Friday, August 21st from 7:10–7:30 AM as we greet our students during morning drop-off!

Whether you’re a mom, grandmother, aunt, businesswoman, church member, community leader, former Wildcat, or simply someone who loves and supports our children—we would LOVE to have you! ❤️

✨ Dress to impress
🙌 Give lots of high fives
🤝 Shake some hands
❤️ Speak words of encouragement
😊 And most importantly, help our Wildcats start their day knowing their community believes in them!
