Chicken Fabrications to Chicken Parmesan!
Two weeks ago students learned how to fabricate a whole chicken and then the next day the used one of the chicken breasts to make Chicken Parmesan.

Last week students participated in the "tw***ie challenge."
They were given a tw***ie, sauces, and fresh fruit and tasked with plating it to the best of their knowledge.
This is a "pre" challenge as they will do this again at the end of the school year to compare their results!

Second day of class- students were tasked with building the tallest tower using spaghetti noodles, marshmallows, tape, and team work!

Congratulations to the graduating class of 2026. Today, the Culinary program graduated 21 seniors. Good luck to all the seniors in all you do in your future!
Also congratulations to Ava Evans and Saydee Mello who received scholarships today, as well as Journey Smith who was inducted into the National Technical Honor Society!

They served House Salad, Garlic Rolls, Roasted Vegetables, Bolognese, Carrot Cake, and German Chocolate Cake.
