We were excited to welcome David Edward Garcia as the keynote speaker at our District Welcome Back Event Wednesday morning at the Tibbits Opera House.

This past week 49 incoming 8th graders were trained in our mentoring program WEB (Where Everybody Belongs.) This program encourages leadership skills in our 8th graders to help mentor our incoming 6th graders. These students spent two days at school this week going through our training program and graduated from this program on Wednesday. They have all officially been granted the title "WEB Leader" and received their WEB shirts.

8th Grade students want to welcome all incoming 6th grade students to our 6th grade orientation this coming Friday (August 7th) starting at 8:00 am. We hope to see you there!

Coldwater High School: 7:20-7:35 AM Grab 'n' Go in the Cafeteria
Legg Middle School: 7:15-7:30 AM in the Cafeteria
Lakeland Elementary School: 8:15-8:35 AM in the Cafeteria
Jefferson Elementary School: 8:25 AM in the hallway and take to class
Max Larsen Elementary School: 8:25-8:45 in the Cafeteria

Breakfast includes a choice of entree with grain and/or protein, two (2) fruit or vegetable side dishes, and choice of 1% white or 1% chocolate milk.
