River Depot Faith Based Kid Care offers care for elementary aged children (5-12 years old) after
school, full days during most of the school days when they have breaks during the school year, and
full days during the summer. Our program offers structured times of bible lessons, homework and
academic review time, free play and recreation, and art and science projects. We integrate our
faith in God into all that we do at River Depot, and through Christ-centered programing we
strengthen children spiritually, academically, emotionally, and physically.

Typical hours during the school year are 3-6 p.m. Monday – Friday; you can work between three to
five days each week depending on your interest and our enrollment.

Qualifications
* Prefer someone with a degree in education or working towards that degree
* Otherwise at least 2 years of experience as an educational para-professional, tutor, or homeschool
co-op educator working with multiple aged elementary kids

Just a few openings left.

We're so excited for our 4th year of Before and After School Care! Some of the kids made apple pies on our full day of care on Wed. to eat on our first day of after school care today! We still have a few openings. We are open from 6:30 a.m. until the bus picks up kids for all ROCORI district elementary schools and until 6 p.m. after the bus drops them off each day.

We have openings for all day care on Friday, Oct. 16th. All day care on Thursday, Oct. 15th is full.

River Depot isn't able to take any more kids for our all day summer care program at this point. We're waiting to hear from the state, and then ROCORI schools about what their plans are for school schedule in the fall, and then we'll come up with a plan for what River Depot will look like in the fall. We'll post updates here as we have them. Stay well everyone and hope you are enjoying your summer!
