This week, TradesNKY was proud to welcome teachers and administrators from schools across Northern Kentucky for two days of professional development.

Educators explored how to implement the TradesNKY curriculum, use the resources available to support students and connect with the business partners committed to bringing skilled-trades education to life. Community and industry leaders also shared why introducing these opportunities early is so important to building Northern Kentucky’s future workforce.

By connecting schools, industry and community partners, we can help more students discover rewarding, high-demand careers and build something bigger than themselves.

Thank you to everyone who participated and is helping us prepare the next generation of skilled professionals!
