WE'RE HIRING!

ONE Arts is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality, arts-integrated early childhood education throughout Chittenden County. Over the past few months, we have made significant changes to strengthen our operations, regulatory compliance, and support for educators and families. We recognize that some of you may be familiar with challenges our organization has faced, and we know trust is earned. Through greater transparency, stronger systems, and a renewed focus on quality, we are building a stronger future for our programs, our staff, and the children and families we serve. If you’re looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help shape that future, we’d love to hear from you!
