Community Band resumes Monday June 1st at 7 pm. Looking forward to seeing you all then.

Students and community members are welcome.

Today we want to celebrate all of the band directors out there. We know how much you put into the job and what you do to not only support your students but your community as well.

Thank you for going the extra mile and reaching the heart of those around you! 🎶💙🎶

Last but certainly not least, Brooklyn comes to us from Norton. She is one of the kindest students you will ever meet and very patient! Her hard work in the percussion section has been amazing and we can't wait to see what she's capable of next year! She has worked hard to improve on drum set and is very willing to learn whatever part we need. We appreciate her!

Moving on to our percussion section, Dylan has filled a much needed role in pep band, jazz and concert band as our lead drumset. We've been without one before, so his presence, humor and reliability has been much appreciated. Often, he beats the rest of the band (sometimes including Michelle) to the band room on game days. Thank you Dylan!

Finishing up Meet the Band today......thank you for your patience as my schedule has been full. They are amazing so we want to make sure they are recognized!

Kevaun Jones came to us from Florida. As a busy college athlete and equally talented musician, he has filled many roles within our program. Kevaun is a very talented on the tuba but also percussion! His calm demeanor and steady leadership has been wonderful to have around.

We will finish Meet the Band today with our remaining members. This is a tradition we normally start earlier in the year but due to a full schedule we are just finishing up.

Alex Carpenter is a freshman and was nominated as our MVP for the year. We have appreciated his big sound in Concert Band and Pep Band on tenor this past year! Thank you Alex!
