ATTENTION 2027 SENIORS!

Your All Sports Senior picture will be taken on Sunday, August 23rd. Location and exact time will be announced in a few weeks! Please be thinking of which sport you would like to represent and plan to visit with your coach to get a uniform prior. The more variety the better the picture turns out! Fotogirl Photography will have order forms available.

The Colby Public Schools Dennen Field Project committee received a $25,000 grant check for renovating the track. A well used amenity in the heart of our community, the track will be fixed so that walkers and athletes can get back to enjoying their time there.

This award was made possible by the Thomas County Match Endowed Fund and the Dane G. Hansen Foundation Grant Fund for Thomas County. Thank you to the committee and school for all you are doing to swiftly fix the track! To contribute contact the CPS admin office.

Today is the Day !

CHS Graduate Cody Wright will take the field for the West Team and CHS Junior Laken Lindberg will play in the Shrine Bowl Band.

The game will be live streamed on kansasshrinebowl.com tonight at 7pm.

Just a reminder!

KSHSAA Summer Moratorium begins on Monday, June 29th. All USD 315 facilities will be closed during this time. That means:

🚫 NO Morning Weights
🚫 NO Practices
🚫 NO Summer League Games
🚫 NO Individual Workouts
🚫 NO 7 on 7 Football
🚫 NO Athletic Camps

Activities will reconvene on July 6th with their normal schedule. Enjoy the week!

We're still in Summer Vacation mode, but we wanted to share some dates so you can plan ahead.

1️⃣ Make sure that you have the Rooms app, so that you are notified when Online Registration is available. Usually it happens in July.
2️⃣ Schedule your physical appointment. You can find the mandatory KSHSAA Paperwork here: https://www.kshsaa.org/public/pdf/form-ppe.pdf
3️⃣ Plan to turn in your physical on July 21st-22nd or after August 3rd at the Colby High School Office. All paperwork must be turned in by August 14th.
4️⃣ Get ready for the 1st day of Practice for Fall Sports on Monday, August 17th!
5️⃣ Activity Fees are due prior to the first competition. Activity Fees will remain at $50/sport, up to 3 sports, for the next school year.
