Winter project season is fast approaching, and we’re thrilled to announce Custodian, our Common Snapping Turtle pond project! This is a wonderful way for individuals, businesses, or loved ones to leave a lasting mark on one of our beautiful enclosures while supporting the education of this amazing species.
- Donate $40 or more and we’ll add any name you choose to the pond sign.
- Donate $75 or more and we’ll feature your business logo as a pond sponsor.
When you send your donation, please include in the notes, or message us exactly what you want on the sign (the name or logo) and we’ll make sure it’s added. Snapping turtles are one of my favorite native species to teach about, often misunderstood, they play a vital role in keeping our waterways clean and healthy, which is why we’ve named him “Custodian.”
We’re eager to order materials and break ground as soon as we close for the year. In the comments are all the ways you can donate. Thank you for an amazing year, and for helping bring this project to life!
