The 2026–2027 school year is almost here, and the **Cohoes Middle School PTO** is excited for another fun-filled year!

Our PTO is all about bringing families, teachers, and our school community together to make the middle school experience even better for our students. 💙

2026 Sport Academy registration is now open!

Summer Sports Academy will begin on Monday June 29th at Lansing Park. This is a FREE instructional sports clinic for Cohoes children ages 7-12 years old, Monday-Thursday from 9:00am-11:45am. All children MUST participate in activities. Electronic devices (cell phones, iPads, etc..) are prohibited.

Today was annual Global Youth Service Day at CMS. 🌎
Students and staff worked incredibly hard today to clean up, and volunteer at, a variety of places in Cohoes. It was an incredible day.

Cohoes Middle School students at Lansing’s Park were especially impressive, as they raked, bagged, and carried more than 100 bags of leaves. 🍃 ♻️ 🌎

After a morning of hard work, students and staff had a BBQ at school, and played a variety of field games during the afternoon special thank you to our school social workers Elaine Flatow and Leni Ferner for all of their hard work planning and organizing the day!

If you’re able to donate for concession or volunteer to chaperone, any and all help is appreciated!

We were able to reschedule the CMS Glow Dance for Thursday, April 2nd!

Tickets can be purchased during lunch periods or at the door (and we’ve learned pre-sale tickets are important!)
