This week, we’re celebrating and recognizing the incredible work of Community Health Workers (CHWs) and the important role they play in supporting individuals, families, and our community.

Community Health Workers help connect people to health resources, provide support and education, build trust, and help remove barriers to accessing the care and services they need.

We are grateful for the CHWs who work alongside our schools and community partners to help ensure our students and families have the support they need to thrive!
