You may begin the application process for the Childcare Payment Program next week on Tuesday, August 16th!
You will need the following items:
-long form birth certificate
-photo i.d.
-last 4 check stubs
-a bill or etc. that shows the same address as your photo i.d.

REMINDER:
WE WILL CLOSE FRIDAY, JUNE 30 AT 3 P.M. FOR VACATION! PAYMENTS ARE STILL EXPECTED TO BE PAID AND WILL BE DUE AT 3 P.M. AS STATED IN THE PARENT HANDBOOK! PAYMENT SECURES YOUR CHILD'S SPOT. WE HAVE LOOKED OVER THIS IN THE PAST BUT WE WILL NOT ANY LONGER.
Please also remember that weekly payments are still due whether your child attends or not unless approved otherwise. We are providing full-time service!

REMINDER:
BOTH DAYCARE CENTERS WILL BE CLOSED MONDAY, JUNE 19th FOR THE HOLIDAY!!! We will reopen for service at 6 a.m on Tuesday!

ATTENTION PARENTS:
Heaven's Angels Daycare and Preschool-Coffeeville and Houston centers- will close Friday, May 26th at 3 p.m. and we will be closed Monday, May 29th in observance of Memorial Day. We will resume service on Tuesday, May 30th at our regular hours.
