Process pictures from printmaking. Monoprints using plexiglass and watercolor. This plate is getting ready to be printed. This technique requires a lot of patience and practice but can result in some beautiful images!

Here's an example from one student's work in Printmaking class this spring. This was created by cutting 3 different linoleum blocks, and printing them together. Check out this gorgeous print!

We just finished our Art History series on ancient Cultures and Civilizations. We had so much fun learning about these different cultures and trying out new art traditions and techniques! Check out some of our students favorite projects which include Gyotaku prints, kente cloth and our cave art paintings!

Classes launched yesterday! We are beginning our painting sessions by studying color theory.

Having a better understand of color and how it works is key to making a successful work of art, especially a painting!

Attention homeschool families! Are you looking for a way to incorporate high quality art instruction into your day, but you don’t want to clean up the mess or have time to organize the lessons?

This class is designed to teach elementary age students foundational knowledge of art, starting with the elements of art! We will also explore a variety of art mediums and develop our creativity along the way!
