How to tell when refrigerator pickles are “done.” The jar on the right was just made and the cucumbers are still bright green. The jar on the left has been sitting for a few days and you can see the color change. It’s when you go from a cucumber with vinegar on it to a pickle.

I ate a rainbow 🌈 for lunch. Phenomenal tuna salad with house made garlic mayo, refrigerator garlic dill pickles, tomatoes straight from the garden, some pepitas for texture and of course the amazing Outlaw Salad mix from Outlaw Greens
