North Star Child Development Center CDA Idaho An inclusion preschool that supports children of all abilities and a 501c3 non-profit organization.

North Star is a Non-Profit 501(c)3 Developmental Disabilities Agency, licensed through the city of Coeur d' Alene and the State of Idaho. Children and families enrolled in our programs deserve the very best of our time, talents and hearts. Our program is inclusive and our mission is to provide developmentally appropriate programs for all children regardless of their developmental stage and or abilities.

This is what our rest time looks like in our Preschool Level 2 class: books, puzzles or drawing boards for 20 minutes. This calm time right after lunch is essential to give kids the needed mementos to reset after a busy morning and prepare for a busy afternoon! Quiet music and lights off set the relaxation mood. The kids work together so well and use quiet voices during this time of day. Our three year olds do nap, but our 4-6 year olds have quiet time instead 🙂
