Another concept hit this week- Cucina Toscana! The Build-Your-Own Pasta Bar was a very popular this week!

We always enjoy providing catering for the annual middle school. Math counts event at North Idaho College!

Lines were out the door for our latest Lunch Takeover Concept - Field Art Build-Your-Own Salad. In response to our Fall Survey feedback asking for more variety, Chef Pete and Chef Andy rolled up their sleeves and created another great lunch option. Look for more takeovers throughout February!

Elior Collegiate Dining was excited to cater the Kickoff Event for NEXT GEN Coeur d’Alene, a new leadership development and mentorship program designed to engage in empower young professionals ages 23 to 35.
