BIG NEWS!!! Sheff and Matty are hosting their first Turkey Bash Baseball Camp Saturday November 24th from noon -2. Ages 6 and up are welcome! Cost is $50 and spots are limited so sign up now!!! What a great opportunity to get better over the Thanksgiving weekend. If you want to be the best, you have to train with the best!!

We are giving away 1hr of free cage time to the KID that guesses how many baseballs are in this basket! We will announce the winner December 1st. To qualify you have to like, share, and guess how many balls are in the basket! (No cheating)

No after school hitting today or speed and agility tonight. We will be at Caruso's for dinner and fundraising from 4-8 for our 13u Angels team! Come grab a bite! We will pick back up again tomorrow for after school hitting and lessons! Enjoy the day!

Super proud of Jaker and how much he has grown as a baseball player. Kid is a multi sport talent that loves to compete. Jaker has no idea how bright his future is! Thank you to him and his family for allowing us to work hard with him!

We had a great hitting lesson with Rowan today! Rowan is a multi sport athlete that took 1st place in district X country last week! He will be running again in Yakima for Regionals this weekend and hopefully onto Nationals in Reno in two weeks. Rowan may be our first Junior Olympic Athlete! Good luck buddy!

After long deliberation Coach Chris Stangel has decided to retire from coaching. We thank him for all of his years of commitment, time and life lessons he has given our children. He will be missed. Chris is excited to start the new chapter of his life and will spend his time enjoying family and traveling.

That being said I am excited to introduce to you Coach Josh Sheffield and Coach Matty Oye.

Coach Sheffield was born and raised in Spokane Washington and graduated University High School leading the GSL in Home Runs. His accolades led him to be drafted by the NY Yankees Organization in the 12th round of the 1998 draft. Josh came back to Spokane and has been coaching Youth Baseball for the last 5 years. He has two amazing boys and a beautiful wife by his side. Josh is excited to start this new adventure and is excited to meet all of you.

Coach Matty Oye is a Spokane native and graduated with honors from North Central as a 3 Sport Athlete. While attending college Matty was picked up as a Free Agent Pitcher by the Los Angeles Angels and spent the next 5 years with their organization. After being released by the Angeles and respectfully declining a coaching position in Arizona Matty has returned to Spokane. Matty loves coaching, kids, and loves giving back the knowledge and experience he gained from the level he played at. His goal is not only to help the kids become great men and women, but to turn the Northwest into a Baseball/Softball powerhouse in hopes his athletes get an even better opportunity then he did.

These two amazing coaches will be continuing Baseball and Softball training at The Facility. The new name will be Power and Velocity Baseball/Softball Academy. These gentlemen have passion, respect for the game and will continue with The Facility's Philosophy.

We wish them the best and have confidence these coaches have more than the ability to get your athletes where they would like to be. We believe you will be pleased with the transition.They look forward to meeting you all.
