Pre-K is learning about Colombia this month! Today they tried different snacks and voted on their favorites. To no one's surprise, it was the candy 😂 I love how they're so happy to try new foods!

Today marks one year of being the owner of Mountain Bluebird!

I've learned so much and have put so much work into trying to make it a place where everyone feels welcome and safe. The past year has been incredibly hard (figuring out what in the world I'm doing) but also so fulfilling; I truly don't want to be anywhere else!

I'm so grateful for all the families that stayed through the change and for all the new ones we've welcomed. I'm so honored that you trust us with your children every day and I don't take that trust lightly.

I can't wait to see what the next year brings! 💙

We have some brave pre-K kids! Trying Miss Sarah's favorite snack, a banana wrapped in a slice of Kraft cheese.

And yes, their parents and I judged her hard for this one 😂 but the kids actually liked it!

Pie eating contests, potato sack races, sprinklers, painting and a picnic on the playground. I have a feeling these kids are tired today! I know us grownups are 😂
