CMS PROCESS OF RECEIVING SCHEDULES:
Step 1: Complete Student Information Update. If you did not get an email, you can call the school for your code.
Step 2: CMS has to upload this update into the system which then unlocks Home Access Center. This is being uploaded in batches every hour. (It will say your password or username is incorrect during this time frame.)
Step 3: Log in and view your child's schedule. If you do not have a Home Access Center Account, call the school and we will give you the steps to login & create an account.

**Again, no schedules will be given over the phone but we are more than happy to assist with the online process.

**For students at other school's- the system will show incorrect username or password until each individual school unlocks their system.

SCHEDULE UPDATE:
"Snap Codes" for Student Information Updates were sent out to parents today. Please check your email as this will probably show an email from PowerSchool. (Also check SPAM folder) This is for any parent who has their email linked to Home Access Center. If you did not get an email, call the school.

Schedules will automatically post on Home Access Center on Tuesday, July 21st ONLY to those students who have completed the Student Information Update. No schedules will be given over the phone. For SUPPLY LIST:
7th Grade English (Bartley) should follow the supplies listed specifically for Caldwell which are:
- (1) 2 inch 3 ring binder
- 1 pack of dividers
- 1 pack of glue sticks
- 1 pack of red pens

This is a reminder that all upcoming 7th graders must have the required vaccines before the first day of school on August 6th. Please ensure that documentation of shot records are turned in to the main office! You may also have those faxed from the doctor’s office to (276) 395-5453 or emailed to [email protected] or [email protected].

The required vaccinations are:
TDAP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis)
Meningococcal (MenACWY)

The HPV (Human Papillomavirus) is optional.
