Ms Velez says she changed up the classroom with a coffee bar ☕️vibe while students worked on projects assignments, and independence skills.

Ms Lynch reports one of her students just earned his drivers license and purchased a car🚘while another earned an on the job certification🪪

Our AMAZING Tech instructors continue to educate us and give us an up close and personal behind the scenes look into their specific trade program.

👨🏼‍🔧Mr. Brian Youngblood explained curriculum, certifications, licenses and starting employment opportunities in the world of HVAC.

👨🏻‍🔧Mr. Dominic Cicerale shared his journey to becoming an instructor and the avenues you can take to become a successful Electrician right here at ATC!

The TIE Department is in full swing participating in Technical Program Tours right here on ATC Campus!
Our first tours were
ATC’s 3 Automotive Programs with Department Head Mr. Dan Bond 👨🏻‍🔧:
🚗Automotive Collision
🚙Master Automotive Service and
🏎️Toyota T-TEN!
Then we shifted gears for some valuable hands on experience in the Plumbing Department with
Mr. Mike Talbert👨🏼‍🔧
Mr. Talbert had our students getting their hands dirty measuring, connecting, gluing and snaking.
An overall great experience for our TIE Students!

Career Placement End of the Year Banquet 2026! 🎉

This year we celebrated 18 Aging Out Students from our program!
We also celebrated our ESE Specialist Aging Out of Broward County Schools!

We are so proud of their many accomplishments in their jobs and careers, furthering their education and personal achievements! We know they will continue to do amazing things and come back to visit us in the future!

We are proud to be a part of this experience! TIE students are enjoying the time they are spending with the First Responders.

Our Autism Acceptance Ambassadors, Julliana Carranza, and her son, Gabriel, accepted a City Commission Proclamation last week declaring April Autism Acceptance Month. The proclamation mentioned our ongoing partnerships with UM-NSU CARD and ATC "Transition Into Employment" Programs, specifically our Friend Responders initiative, which recently won a Florida Police Chiefs Association, (FPCA) award for the most innovative new program in law enforcement.
