Sousa Tutor Corp started as a tutoring business founded by Marcus Sousa on July 10, 2015. In 2020, we became a private school in the state of Florida. Our objective is to provide a unique learning experience to help students achieve academic success. At Sousa Tutor, we always have high expectations for all students regardless of any learning barrier they may have or encounter.

Marcus Sousa is known for 15+ years as a tutor in Coconut Creek. He first started tutoring a couple students in his neighborhood until he realized it was not just a hobby, it was a career. Today, a math instructor in the morning and an entrepreneur in the afternoon, Sousa has inspired many students to achieve their academic goals and pursue a career in something they enjoy.

Sousa believes that all subjects should be taught using analogy as how they can be implemented in life. Therefore, students would find the true meaning of each concept and fully understand its importance.
