We had the good fortune of three accomplished Martial Artists as guest instructors for the Saturday morning class. The great value of persistence and strong spirit was demonstrated by Rachal Rugar and Henry Andersson at the Sand Drift Aikido Dojo on Saturday. Congratulations, Sand Drift Aikido! We have two new Shodans and a 1st Kyu. Rick Lawrence, David Graham, and Eric Harrill began their Aikido journey as beginning students at our dojo. Years of sweat and persistence proved them worthy of promotion by Randy Beck Sensei. All our dojo members have been a part of their rise through the ranks and applaud this achievement.

A great day at the Sand Drift Aikido Dojo thanks to all those who brought high spirit and energy to the training and celebration. We thank the instructors for sharing the knowledge and the traveling Aikidoka who spent the day with us. Our dojo members prepared a great feast.
