My brother in laws birthday was a couple days ago. He messages me tonight while I’m at work. “Wanna cook some steaks?!” Abso-fricking-lutely!
Ribeye cooked over center coals for a Pittsburgh Rare.
NY over outward coals for a regular medium rare.
Oven Roasted Red Potatoes. Because what man doesn’t like meat and potatoes?!

It’s the holiday season and I have had a couple messages for dinners. If you want to feed your family or a large party, message me, call me or text me! I can do Duck to Spaghetti! You name it, I’ll make it happen. Trying to schedule up to Christmas Eve. Can do Day of, but may charge an up charge (just a heads up!). Chicken Marsala with onion and mushrooms over garlic mash. Sautéed spinach.
Fortunately/Unfortunately I’m the only one that likes reduced wine sauces. (Now I can fat kid it)
