Hey y'all! Just getting around to posting a couple of pics from our last trip to Cozumel. Had a great time with both new and old friends and had the pleasure of certifying a buddy as a Deep Diver... woo-hoo! The diving there is fantastic and my friends at Pelagic Ventures never fail in providing a quality experience! Cozumel is also a great place to get your basic open water certification or to knock out some additional training. I've also got a killer place right on the beach with a private dock for dice trip pick-ups! Give me a shout if you're interested! Later... w

As promised, here's the GoPro pics from this past weekend at Blue Grotto. A few good shots despite the poor visibility. I weeded out the worst but kept some questionable ones. Of course, Virgil the turtle and his fish friends stole the show! Enjoy!!!

How about a big shout-out to our newest Open Water divers: Matt, Brady (Jr OW), Kat, & Heather!!! (I'm the old guy in the middle.) We had to reschedule our planned ocean dives of 2 weeks ago due to weather and went to the Blue Grotto Dive Resort this past weekend to finish up the class. Challenging conditions with the spring break crowd and poor visibility, but everyone did a great job... congrats again! Underwater GoPro photos coming up!

Here's a few photos from the confined water portion of our on-going Open Water course. These students worked hard this past weekend to overcome several challenges and really impressed me with their perseverance. Now on to the ocean dives this coming weekend to complete their certifications! Great job, everyone. Let's get salty!
