🎃🍬 Calling All Trunk-or-Treat Volunteers! 🍬🎃

Help make Warren Elementary’s Trunk or Treat a spooktacular evening for our students!

📅 Friday, October 23
⏰ 5:00–6:00 p.m.

We're looking for volunteers to decorate a trunk or table and create a fun experience for our young trick-or-treaters. Whether it's a simple theme, a game, or a creative activity, every contribution helps make this event memorable. No elaborate decorations required!

✅ Volunteer setup: Arrive between 4:00–4:30 p.m.
✅ Stay through the end of the event
✅ Expect approximately 300 trick-or-treaters
✅ All candy must be nut-free

Want to help but can't volunteer a trunk? We're also collecting unopened nut-free candy and small trinkets for Warren staff to distribute. Drop donations in the Cubby Monster box in the lobby, or shop from our wish list and we'll handle the rest.

Our first Warren PTO meeting for the 26-27 school year is tonight!

Visit our new website and click “Join the PTO” to be added to our GroupMe. By doing so, you will have get direct communications from the PTO, updates, and events including virtual access to the meeting tonight, if you cannot join in person.

Meeting agenda tonight: Give a welcome to the new board members, hear updates for this year including new Spirit Wear and Fundraising, put upcoming PTO event dates for your calendar, get the Treasurer's report and a chance to vote on this year’s budget! Plus, hear about all the opportunities to get involved. We'll be explaining our committees for this year and giving folks a chance to sign up if that interests you. We hope to see you there! This year‘s drama club information is hitting the press today 📣 This is year 2 of our parent volunteer-led drama club, and we can’t wait to get started with our little Lion Cub performers (and set/costume designers) on a special production this year 🦁🎭 Flyers are going out today and sign ups open on Thursday evening!

Membership needs to be renewed each school year in order to maintain your free membership with the organization.

When you join, you’ll also have the option to opt into our PTO directory, which will be shared only with other PTO members who have also chosen to participate. The directory is completely optional, and your information will never be shared by the PTO without your permission.

Once you’ve joined, we’ll add you to the 2026–2027 GroupMe, which will be our primary way of communicating about upcoming meetings, check-ins, events, and other PTO updates.
