💜 Staff Spotlight Saturday: Halle Bass! 💜
Today we are celebrating Halle Bass, one of our wonderful paraprofessionals at BCPS! Halle is the kind of person who makes a difference not only through the work she does, but through the way she makes students and coworkers feel. She is caring, dependable, positive, hardworking, and always willing to jump in wherever she is needed.
Her coworkers had SO much to say about Halle, and we think their words say it best:
💜 “Halle is a wonderful asset to our Primary School! She loves each and every child she comes in contact with and goes above and beyond to make sure they have what they need to be successful. She not only helps students learn and behave, but most importantly, she makes them feel loved, valued, and cared for. Halle is always willing to jump in and help wherever she is needed throughout the building. She has such a kind heart, a wonderful work ethic, and a genuine love for children. I am so proud of her and all that she has accomplished. I know she will be an amazing teacher one day, and I feel blessed to get a front-row seat to watch her grow every day!”

She has done an incredible job stepping in and taking on the role of teacher when needed, doing so with confidence, care, and a true love for her students. She believes in every child she works with and always expects them to be the very best version of themselves. She pushes them because she knows what they are capable of, while also giving them the patience, encouragement, and support they need to succeed. She cares so deeply about our students and is always willing to do whatever it takes to help them grow.”
