Proud is an understatement!

This group battled through a lot of adversity this weekend. Between the weather, playing much later into the night than planned, and then turning around to be right back on the bus at 6:00AM the next morning, they never made excuses and just kept competing.

We finished the weekend 2-1 with wins over Wilcox County and Peach County and a hard fought 1-0 loss to Camden County (7A).

We definitely got better this weekend, and that’s what it’s all about. Proud of the fight, toughness, and heart this group showed all weekend. Keep working, Lady Royals!

Yes, Chef! We can’t wait for you to see what we have cooking at Bleckley County High School. Bleckley County School Nutrition was selected to host a chef from the Georgia Department of Education’s School Nutrition Division. The Culinary Innovation Program is designed to create a K-12 culinary culture through comprehensive training, hands on experience and mentorship in the culinary arts. We are fueling Georgia’s future through quality school meals.
