What a night to remember!

Last night, our Chester County Futures community came together to celebrate 30 years of empowering students, opening doors, and building brighter futures. From inspiring stories and meaningful connections to honoring the people and organizations who have helped shape our journey, our 30th Anniversary Celebration was a beautiful reminder of what’s possible when a community comes together.

We are incredibly grateful to our sponsors, supporters, partners, and friends who made this milestone celebration possible. A special thank you to our incredible emcee Davidson for helping make the evening so memorable!

Congratulations to our 30th Anniversary Award honorees:
- Legacy of Impact Award: Chester County Community Foundation
- Community Impact Awards: Reliance Matrix and IMC Construction, Inc.
- Transformational Impact Award: Robert and Karen Rigg
- Partnership Excellence Awards: Dr. Brandon Mitchell of West Chester University of PA and James Canaday of Oxford Area School District

And we were especially proud to celebrate our own CCF Future Leader Award recipients: alumni who exemplify the leadership, perseverance, and community spirit that CCF hopes to inspire in every student.

For 30 years, this has been our story—a story made possible by students who dream big and the community that stands beside them. Thank you for being part of the CCF family and for helping us look toward the next 30 years of community impact.

Here’s to 30 years, and to all the bright futures still ahead!

We’re excited to welcome Jordan Anderson to the Chester County Futures team as our Middle School Program Coordinator for our Pottstown cohort and High School Program Coordinator for our Phoenixville cohort! With a background in social work, behavioral health, and law enforcement, Jordan brings a unique combination of advocacy, empathy, problem-solving, and relationship-building to her work with students and families.

Jordan recently earned a Master of Social Work from Millersville University and is passionate about helping students recognize their strengths, build confidence, and explore their potential. She believes people are more likely to grow when they know someone genuinely believes in them and looks forward to creating welcoming spaces where students feel supported, heard, and empowered to pursue their goals and prepare for their futures.

In her own words, “What I enjoy most about this work is helping others recognize their strengths and potential. I believe every student has something unique to offer, and I strive to create a welcoming environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring new opportunities, and building confidence in themselves.”
