Looking for a job or considering your next career move? Learn how to make AI a practical part of your job search in AI Skills Lab, a one-time, two-week workshop series offered this October by Utah State University Extension’s Rural Online Initiative.
This hands-on course focuses largely on using AI for job hunting, including working with your own resume and a real job description that interests you. You won’t just watch demonstrations; you’ll practice on your own computer and build skills you can continue using in your job search, at work, and in everyday life. No prior AI experience is needed.
Our guest instructor, Zubair Barkat, teaches AI skills on campus at Utah State University and holds a professional certificate in Applied Generative AI from MIT. He has led more than 20 AI workshops and lectures for over 300 people. During four live Zoom workshops, he’ll share his screen and guide you through each step while you work along.
