Shake, Rattle and Roll Coalinga High School Class of 1983 Reunion

Tuesday is the deadline to RSVP for dinner and shirts after that no guarantees . If you have already paid, I need a shirt size if you haven’t sent it in yet. 

OK, class of 1983. I need three songs so we can play during the parade. Give me some hints. 

Remember everybody everything's subject to change but we are doing the best we can some of you have suggested that we put the $50 straight to the hall rental and food. And pay for the shirts separately. If we have enough people helping with the hall there is no problem adding the shirt so our first concern is the hall which is still $500 I have paid $200 deposit. Depending on how many people show up it's how we can do the food. Small group pot luck. More than 50 we can do a spaghetti dinner for almost nothing. That I can take care of I will donate another hundred dollars to the hall. I've had 10 people contact me. I will start putting a list together of contacts. Who has paid there $50. Happy Sunday everybody today is March 26. And we have about 62 days before our class reunion big 40.. If you remember our 30 year class reunion was awesome... So here's what's up Saturday, May 27. 6 PM to 9 PM Coalinga Elks lodge hang out, cocktails if you know what I mean, not sure about dinner yet for sure pot luck and if there's money left over we'll buy food. (Open to everybody after 9 PM) The cost put this event on minus the deposit. It's $500 the use of the facility. That is a good deal. So if everybody could help out with $50 you will get a T-shirt and that helps with the cost of the hall. The more classmates that come the more better chance to have some type of dinner no guarantees... Sorry.. I am sending pictures of my cash app and Venmo accounts. Working on T-shirts. As soon as I know the cost I will let everybody know. will need T-shirt sizes. I have the elks lodge bar and hall don't know if we need the hall. We do not have a big group to put this together this year so I'm just thinking finger foods. Get together between 6 and 9 PM on Saturday, May 27 after 9 PM Open it up to everybody.... I have a trailer for the float I would love to pull it... Once I figure if we need the hall or not if everybody could help with the cost of Using the bar and pay for a bartender hopefully won't be that much.. If we use the hall it's quite a bit did not want to post the cost publicly.... Hello class of 1983 who is ready for our 40th class reunion? Me and Lance and a few volunteers, worked very hard on our 30 year class reunion. I hope everybody had a great time. I don't know what anybody wants to do this year? So if you have any ideas and want to help please let me and Lance know. As of right now I have paid the deposit for the hall and the bar at the Coalinga Elks lodge. Balance of $500 if we use the hall. Checking what the cost is just for the bar. As of right now I don't think we need to do dinner. Maybe just finger snacks. And just hang out and catch up.... I will work on T-shirts and let you know the cost per shirt. I will get the trailer for the parade. We could hang out at the Derby. And go to the else lodge bar that night. After 40 years of DJing I am officially retired. There is a great jukebox at the bar. If you think we need to do something else or something different please let us know if you want to be in charge just let me know I will be more and happy to help.
