The NCCTC is a vocational school located in Coal Township, PA, Northumberland County. Please see your guidance counselor for information.
The NCCTC serves students from Shamokin Area School District, Mount Carmel Area School District, Line Mountain School District and Our Lady of Lourdes Regional. The NCCTC offers Auto Mechanics, Carpentry, Collision Repair, Cosmetology, Culinary Arts, Electrical Construction, HVAC, Health Occupations, Occupational Child Care, Protective Services, Welding. We offer a one year senior only program, but can be flexible with the delivery system when appropriate.

This weekend the CTC hosted firefighters from throughout the area participating in a large area search program through the PA State Fire Academy.
This collaboration allowed our local firefighters the ability to train in a large commercial structure while simultaneously orienting them to the layout of our school should we ever need them in an emergency.

Another one off to college...
Kelsi Munson, a student in our Construction Trades program, has been accepted to the Pennsylvania College of Technology's Building Trades program. Kelsi is a Shamokin Area High School student.
PA State Automotive Inspection Class
December 8th, 9th, and 11th. Time for all classes is 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
Individual Tactile Testing will be scheduled following completion of the classroom activities (week of 12/15).
$200 per student, includes Baseline and Cat 1. Category 2 and 3 are self-study and are $50 per Category.

Emily Richardson, our Protective Services instructor, participated in a train-the-trainer for our new Max Fire Box Phase 2. This new prop will allow students to view fire dynamics and learn thermal imaging while remaining totally safe.
